課程概述 |
主要介紹應用於生技醫藥與公共衛生領域上重要的醫學統計方法。包括
(1) 類別資料之研究設計、基本統計原理的介紹,及列聯表分析方法,
(2) 以廣義線性模式介紹二元與多元類別反應變數之邏輯斯回歸分析以及分析列聯表之對數線性模式,
(3) 重複測量與群集之類別資料的回歸模式建構與統計分析方法,如常用的廣義估計方程式GEE等統計方法。
